Problem

PR #156 proved the mixed status naming works, but it also carried temporary branch filters used to observe push workflows on ci/experiment-unnamed-reusable-deploy before merge.

Solution

Restrict the quality and deploy push workflows back to main only. The mixed main contexts and deploy wait gate are unchanged.
