Parent tracker for the next wave of layouts after the v0.1 tmux-native set.

Current algorithms cover the cheap tmux-native wrappers plus master-stack and monocle. This tracker is for the next layouts/features that would make Mosaic feel more like a real tiling system.

Notes

centered-master, three-column, deck, and bottom-stack are the highest-impact practical additions.
spiral and dwindle are the hardest custom layouts.
@mosaic-nmaster is shared plumbing that makes the master-style layouts much more flexible.
