Aligns README/vimdoc install wording with the cp.nvim pattern: vim.pack for Neovim 0.12+ first, then LuaRocks. Also verifies README/doc contain no lazy.nvim mentions.

Verification:

  • git diff --check
  • vimdoc-language-server check doc/
  • rg -i lazy.nvim README.md doc/
