Aligns install docs with the cp.nvim pattern, removes lazy.nvim README examples, and adds the Forgejo tag workflow that publishes v* tags to LuaRocks using LUAROCKS_API_KEY.

Verification:

  • git diff --check
  • vimdoc-language-server check doc/ where applicable
  • rg -i lazy.nvim README.md doc/
  • confirmed LUAROCKS_API_KEY secret exists
