Problem

pr_ci() currently resolves a single PR target but still opens a picker, even though Forge already has mature CI log and summary buffers below that selection layer.

Proposed solution

Add a buffer-native PR checks surface and retarget :Forge pr ci and require('forge').pr_ci() to it instead of opening the checks picker.
