Still untested

release flows against a repo with real releases
a successful PR merge path
CI watch on a genuinely running run
:Forge pr create web from a valid feature branch with real head/base diff
cross-repo and alias-based target addressing in normal use

No longer blocked by the earlier GitHub pass fixes

commit picker action coverage
worktree add coverage
a trustworthy PR review pass
a trustworthy PR manage-picker edge-state pass

Notes

Most remaining items here now look like manual or integration coverage gaps rather than fix-blocked regressions.
