This removes the remaining user-facing sync surfaces that no longer match delta's direction. It drops the CLI sync command and backend sync route, strips Google-shaped onboarding and calendar/settings affordances, and keeps the calendar surface focused on import/export and subscription-style interoperability.\n\nValidation: ./scripts/ci.sh passed locally.
