Summary

Add reminder settings screens for adapter configuration and reusable destinations.

Remaining scope

  • transport configuration UI for system-scoped adapters
  • endpoint management UI
  • test-send affordances
  • beta labeling for Signal

Current backend support exists in the reminder APIs and runtimes shipped in #207 and #208.
