Problem

Need web UI foundation: component library, theme, layout.

Solution

Set up shadcn/ui, configure midnight/daylight theme via CSS variables, add Signifier + Berkeley Mono fonts, create collapsible sidebar layout shell. Dark/light mode follows system preference.
