• update README and vimdoc setup to show vim.pack with Neovim 0.12+
• point the vim.pack install URL at Forgejo
• update rockspec source/homepage metadata to Forgejo

Verification

• nix develop .#ci --command just format
• nix develop .#ci --command just lint (passes; ty reports existing unused-ignore warnings in scraper files)
• nix develop .#ci --command just test
• nix develop .#ci --command vimdoc-language-server check doc/
• nix-shell -p luarocks --run 'luarocks lint cp.nvim-scm-1.rockspec'
• git diff --name-status origin/main...HEAD shows only README, rockspec, and vimdoc
• git ls-tree -r --name-only HEAD | rg '^(lua/cp/migration\\.lua|\\.github/)' returns no files
