feat(platforms): add kattis and usaco scrapers
...
Add KattisScraper and USACOScraper with contest list, metadata, and
test case fetching. Register kattis and usaco in PLATFORMS,
PLATFORM_DISPLAY_NAMES, and default platform configs.
